Cheers to 25 Years of Greatness: Celebrating Jeff Williams and his incredible contribution to our business.
S A Partners
Supporting organizations deliver their Ideal Results by aligning, engaging & improving their purpose, people & process
Not many people make it to 25 years at an organization, but we are incredibly grateful that Jeff Williams has!? Jeff who many of our customers and employees will testify has been a key part of our business success and we would very much like to celebrate his legacy this week.
Since joining our team back in 1999, Jeff has continually pushed the boundaries and set a benchmark for best practice through his commitment and unwavering work ethic. ?He is without doubt one of the key people that has made the business what it is today.
“For 25 years, Jeff has demonstrated his commitment to our organization, and we couldn’t be happier to celebrate his incredible journey. I have been working with Jeff or a number of years and I always learn something new when I’m with him, he has been a great support and mentor to me” said Garry Corbet , CEO of S A Partners
But it’s not just about the work – Jeff has made a lasting impact on everyone around them, mentoring team members, bringing fresh ideas to the table, and keeping an unrelenting focus on business development.? We asked a few of the team for their highlights and they said:
Simon Grogan said:
“Jeff has always been an inspiration to me, boy from the valleys, proud Welshman, loves his family, extremely hard working, self-motivated, strong morals, believes in people and doing the right thing. I have always looked up to the way he operates and modelled some of things I do around what I think he would. I have no doubt had it not been for Jeff neither SA Partners or I would have survived the last 20+ years.
I have known Jeff since the early 1990’s when he worked for the WDA and watched him develop and continually challenge himself to improve. He has a work ethic that’s second to none and is loved by both his colleagues and clients. He is not frightened to confront the brutal facts but yet will give you time and help you work through problems when you need him.? I consider Jeff both a colleague and friend and I would trust his judgement in any matter.
Martin Reese recalled his favourite moments in Saundersford where apparently you had laid on a wonderful lunch for the seagulls to swoop in and liberate.? Martin, mentioned that your response rate was something Usain Bolt would have been proud of. This and the sector video recording which is now the subject of folklore!
Richard Young , CEO S A Partners Australia asked us to share this photo and his memory of walking up Mount Wellington on your visit to Australia… I think your face says it all!
Juliette Packham wanted to share the pictures of the charity abseil in November 2007 for Cancer Care in Wales.? Apparently the words ‘Never Again’ were uttered when it was over.?

Juliette also said:
“Jeff has been one of my constants in the business, a great mentor in my early days in the food sector and he remains someone I look up to as a role model, often asking myself ‘what would Jeff do in this situation”
Philip Spooner. wanted to reflect on the numerous client visits he has been on with you, and of course the regular check ins about the woes of Cardiff FC from whichever airport you both happened to be in.
Ailsa Carson wanted to share? her thanks for the support and mentoring you continue to provide for her and others in the business. It’s been great working with you since I joined and I’ve genuinely enjoyed being part of your team.?
Conor Dawson , Head of Ireland Region said:
“Since joining the Business Development team several years ago, Jeff has been very generous with his time and mentorship. His stories about remaining true to his authentic self really resonate and have given me the confidence not to try to be someone else, that there is no need to put on an act. I have put this to the test several times over and of course he is right. The comfort one has in just remaining who you are no matter the situation is so important when people are looking at signals at how they might trust or distrust you.
We meet lots of people throughout our working week, and those most memorable encounters are the ones when you can recall how the person you met made you feel. Jeff helped me realise that this is so important in whatever we are doing”.
?So thank you, Jeff Williams!
Thank you for everything you’ve done (and continue to do) to make S A Partners a great place to work.

Well done Jeff Williams , have brought SA Partners and their customers on a fantastic journey. We in Glanbia Business Services being one of those customers.
