Cheers to '24, and Bring on '25

2024 was a wild year. Like many businesses, the year played out very different than we expected. When I talk to other leaders within our client base and other organizations, I felt like I heard it all - big and small challenges, opportunities that came and went, and times of both rushing and times of standing still.?In our business, we felt many of those same things. In the course of any month, it could feel like we were sprinting ahead and at the same time standing still.

Looking back over the last 12 months however, what I can see was a truly amazing year. I’m so proud to work with some of the best people I’ve ever met, and here are just a few things we accomplished this year.

• We implemented a new automation platform which averaged over 350 actions per month - with increased efficiency and no risk of human error. The foundation set here will be impactful as we plan to bring more self-service and automated actions to our client power users in 2025.
• We implemented a new Cybersecurity Monitoring Platform and deployed to over 12,000 end users driving a significant improvement in our ability to detect and respond quickly to Business Email Compromises, the #1 threat our clients were facing in their cybersecurity. By the end of 2024, this additional security prevented or mitigated at least 270 compromises.
• We dove into Microsoft’s Copilot and explored multiple angles of the rapidly changing AI landscape. We deployed internally to gain feedback and efficiency is time-saving use cases, and we’ve created several models for helping our clients launch on their own journeys.
• Our team created a structured process to upgrade client workstations to Windows 11 with minimal user disruption and success upgraded over 4,600 devices in 2024. Our deployment team replaced almost 500 additional devices not capable of upgrading to the current operating system.
• We brought on 46 new clients in 2024, with a few of them coming to us in tough situations to start. Some of these organizations are among the most notable and ambitious organizations in St. Louis, Indianapolis, and Denver.
• We completed over 500 projects implementing new and replacement technology, cloud migrations, collaboration improvements, security enhancements, and strategic guidance to our clients.?

I could spend another hour listing other accomplishments and impacts of our team this year. I could call out so many individuals on our team for amazing and impactful work they did this year, but I’m not sure this post would ever end.?

I’m incredibly proud and humbled by what we achieved in 2024 and I’m energized for the year ahead of us. What journey you are on, I hope you are inspired and love the people you are doing it with.
