Recently, two batches of drug product (DP) equipment have been delivered to Cheerland Biotechnology’s Shenzhen site (Plant 1). For the next several months, installation and extensive testing will be carried out at the DP building. The full DP production line is expected to be GMP ready by April 2024, providing high-quality DP services to our global clients.

The CLB DP equipment were from leading international vendors, including a total of 24 lyophilizers, fillers, isolators, and liquid preparation systems. The lab and production line are designed with C+A isolators, and will comply with GMP requirements of NMPA, FDA and EMA. After going online by April 2024, CLB will be able to serve our clients’ needs in the production and secondary packaging of sterile DP for both liquid and lyophilized vials.
