Change isn't fun for many people; in reality, it's sometimes painful. However, you'll treat it differently If you approach it with this mindset:
Create
Habits
And
Nurture
Gracious
Energy
Let's take a closer look at each element of C.H.A.N.G.E.:
Create
We all have a strong desire to do something meaningful in our lives. You must go through a change to create that something. Change is the only way to get what you want out of life. You are in charge of creating the life you want in the future, just as you are in charge of creating the life you have now.
The majority of us want something more, something better, something different in our lives, and the only way to get there is by #change. With Change, you can create the life you want.
Habits
Moments of inspiration are magical and may inspire us to make changes, but change will not sustain without the habits. Only Consistent #action will sustain changes & the want, merit, affirmations, or motivation, will not last.
The secret to long-term change and significant growth is to develop new #habits. HABITS are acts or behaviors that are repeated on a regular consistent basis. When you're going through change, it's also important to hold on to foundational patterns that have served you well, so retaining continuity in certain aspects of your life can make a change in other areas easier to handle.
If you are doing 30 minutes of exercise daily to become fit. You should continue exercising while you take up a new habit of reading 10 pages daily for your professional growth.
Accept & Appreciate
Accept the changes and how they've affected your life positively, no matter how minor, and admire the growing pains. Make sure to #accept and #admire where you've been when you go through changes. Without your experience, You would not be where you are now. Even past difficulties have aided you somehow, so accept and admire it, and you'll be even more fortunate to move forward.
It's also essential to acknowledge any progress you've achieved, even if you haven't yet arrived at your target, so you can celebrate small successes and build on them.
Nurture
In the midst of change, you must look after yourself. Take care of your mental, moral, and physical well-being. It can be difficult to go through a change in every aspect of your life. However, if you #nurture yourself, you can reduce stress. Make sure the transition doesn't take over your life and keep you from engaging in good activities like exercising and eating healthy.
And instead of being your harshest critic, learn to be your biggest cheerleader. Don't abuse yourself; instead, nurture and motivate yourself.
Gratitude
Since you can't keep #gratitude and negativity at the same time, this is the downside for all unpleasant life encounters. Change is something to be grateful for. Be thankful for the things that haven't changed. If you look for it, there's always plenty to be grateful for. If you're having trouble being grateful, simply ask yourself, "How could it be worse?"
Energy
To be successful, change needs an energetic commitment. You get what you offer when it comes to #energy (and just about everything else). Change can be sluggish and shaky if you approach it with anxious energy. However, if you approach change with a positive or exciting attitude, it will be a much simpler and quicker experience for you.
Here’s to a cheerful C.H.A.N.G.E.!
