Life teaches us to turn your challenges into opportunities. Consider them as a blessing because they take you a step ahead of where you are. It is very easy to say but when we face challenges in real life, our mind doesn’t allow us to think that way because it is trained to follow those same old patterns of reacting to challenging situations. So, in order to turn our obstacles into opportunities- We have to learn to respond and not react to the challenging situations.?Now, let’s talk about how you can do that. Difference between ‘Reacting’ and ‘Responding’- In simple words, when you take action without accepting the situation and thinking, you react.

On the other hand, when you don’t oppose to what is being said in the first place and give yourself the time to think about it without opposing, you respond. Steps to respond in a mindful way be present- I’m sure you must have heard this plethora of times but what we are not told is how to do it. The best way to be present is to be aware of your breath and your body. So, the next time, you are in a challenging situation, the very first thing you have to do is take a deep breath. The science behind this is that by focusing on our breathing, we bring our thinking under control.

Always accept the given situation- When you accept the challenges as they are, your mind will think of the solutions. By accepting the situation, you give your mind the space to open up without any emotional distress. First keep faith then keep him away, Don't say say lie,Don't be fear with any body, of your correct god comes also no any ,,,,,,,. When faced with challenges or obstacles, your mindset will almost always determine how you respond. You need to distinguish between a reactive response, and a proactive response.A reactive response you want to avoid. This response is determined by emotion, and is often manifested as anger, frustration or negative stress. This leads to feelings of overwhelm, hopelessness and other negative emotions that block you from seeing the solution to your problem. A proactive response is the more viable approach. Being proactive means that you intentionally choose how to respond to a challenge, usually in a positive way. This is a solution-oriented approach and focuses your mind on identifying options and appropriate actions.

With the above in mind, a useful strategy to overcome obstacles, challenges or problems involves the following steps: Remain calm. Put the problem/challenge/obstacle in its proper context. Identify your best options. Evaluate which options are the most viable given the circumstances. Identify appropriate and relevant actions that will help you to carry out the relevant option. Challenges are made up to be fought for. Head up. Fake smile. Fake confidence (#thekey) Have a very high patience level. Everything will come to you when it's meant to be. Don't be dependent on someone! Even you shadow leaves you in the dark. Be strong always. Learn to move on. Know what's better for you, and act accordingly. If you can fake it, you can make it! The power to face is the ability to confront and resolve external and internal obstacles, tests and challenges. The main attributes of this power are courage and honesty. The Power to face means that nothing is too fearsome to handle, that I am equipped with all the powers I need to face whatever comes – fear or overwhelming emotion, lack of self-worth, attack or denigration by others; situations that seem impossible, insurmountable.

This power is not to be cajoled or negotiated with. There cannot be any acceptance of illusion or falsehood, ego, greed, desire, attachment, jealousy or anger in the self, neither should it be supported in others. Balanced with the Power to love, self-respect, compassion, and understanding emerge; self- deception cannot be tolerated because it devalues the truth of our natural, original nature.
