Hi PJ Gupta, I'm not sure how to get help. My name is Andrea Geiger and I am co-founder for Plentyi and I have been a a loyal customer of checkbook for over a year paying $1000 a month never late and never missed a payment abd haven't started using it until 2 weeks ago. We launched our final version of our app and we are experiencing have problems with checkbook. Someone compromised my account by writing a check to themselves, my account email has been changed but i can access it because I'm not getting the authentication code, I expressed this issue and Im getting a slow response.I have been trying to get resolved for last two weeks and it is not resolved and I can't pay my customer. One person from has been trying to help but I shouldn't have to wait this long to fix my account. The longer I wait the more customers I will lose. I can't get anyone the phone and I feel very helpless and I need assistance immediately
