Check Your Vector, Hector!

2015 is 50% over.  How's the trajectory of the year in your life as a leader?  Are those strategic targets (planning tool) you mapped out trending towards being realized or exceeded?  Have you navigating the unforeseen factors and variables without losing sight of the horizon?  

As leaders we need to keep clear-headed.  Data is our friend, facts and figures can help inform us when they are accurate and strategic in nature.  As the maxim goes, none of us can control the wind but we can adjust our sails!  

We utilize assessments and diagnostics frequently in our C12 Group peer advisory boards.  We have found that intentional rhythms of assessment, peer learning, qualified accountability and an execution emphasis anchored in an eternal perspective to be conducive to superior market performance (the "C12 Difference").  

Annually we have found an audit process to be helpful for us to step back from the trees to look at the forest of our leadership and trajectory at a 50,000' level through a God-shaped lens.  As we check our vector we can then prayerfully and vigorously make course adjustments before crisis happens or tragic misses are realized.
