Check your progress with our new Results Map tool!

For those of you who’ve participated in a Results Map strategic communications workshop, we’ve introduced a new tool to help track your progress on implementing the methodology.

The Raising our Game through the Results Map Workbook is designed to help communications teams take stock of their implementation of the Results Map process for strategic communications and change planning.

Structured as a peer learning exercise to be completed as a team or in smaller groups of 4 or 5, the workbook helps guide you through:

• Taking stock of your individual and team progress in adopting the Results Map
• Identifying barriers or challenges you face in your role as a strategic communicator
• Challenging yourself and your team to make additional progress in a results-based approach to strategic communications
