In order to move forward in life, you need to be aware of your weaknesses. You will not be able to see your weaknesses, if your ego is in the way. Your ego will cloud your judgement, and can lead to your downfall.
YOU CANNOT LEARN OR CHANGE IF YOUR EGO PREVENTS YOU FROM RECOGNIZING YOUR WEAKNESS.
Find someone in your life that knows you well and that you trust and respect implicitly. Ask them to tell you what your weaknesses are. Then set about changing yourself and your life by overcoming those weaknesses.
Getting better is a daily grind. A daily struggle. A daily battle. Win each day, one minute at a time.
