I mentioned an idea on a Friday afternoon and a friend of mine, Paul Sideleau, built a fully functional demo over the weekend. It is integrated with our global insights platform to boot. Now all we need is the ACR part and we will be good to go. ;-)

I think a real innovation will be moving toward a seamless, natural two way dialog with customers where surveys are less an “event.” Alexa - “ I wanted to let you know your package is about to be delivered. Is it okay to leave it on your doorstep?” Customer “yes”. Alex - “ great, while I have you I wanted to ask a question, what was the key reason you bought yesterday, was it price, features, or your perception of quality, or something else”.

7 年Awesome stuff indeed! Would be interesting to see the amount of manual efforts that happens behind the scene to get the final outcomes of the survey. And more interestingly comparing the cost, benefits, and scope of the standard QUAL/QUANT Research vs this Innovation.

7 年Awesome ... Not just the responses, we could in theory be able to capture the mood/emotion of the respondent from the voice tone.
