I commend you on your creation of the 101 Best Practices for Continuous Improvement and, for that matter, many of your other white papers and compilations of methods and practices. A commenter asked about prioritizing these tools and practices. While that may be the subject of a follow-on discussion, in the meantime I think some categorization groups might make the methods and tools more classifiable and searchable for the user.?By working iteratively with an AI app I have generated a sample set of workable categories that the various methods or practices can be assigned to.?Obviously, many methods or practices could be assigned to two categories such as Learning and Development as one category and Continuous Improvement as another.
