Phoenix Equipment recently added an unused mini refinery to its inventory, designed to process recycled oil and create base oil, white oil, and other valuable products like asphalt flux and ultra-low sulfur diesel.

Plant Highlights:

• This refinery can process waste oil and transform it into base oil, white oil, and more, ready for use in various applications, including lubricant production.
• Three main process units: Preflash Atmosphere Distillation, Vacuum Distillation Unit, and Hydrofinishing Unit.
• While the plant is partially installed, most of the equipment is still in storage and ready for quick shipment.
• Every piece of equipment in this refinery has never been used. ?

Major Equipment Includes:

• Preflash column (50 psig @500°F, SA516, 470” L x 84” ID)
• Vacuum deasfalting column (50 psig @764°F, SA516, 1629” L x 186” Dia)
• HLF stripper columns (50 psig @692°F, SA516, 937” L x 43.5” ID)
• Hydrofinishing reactor #1 (2370 psig @750°F, SA387, 950” L x 42” ID)
• Hydrofinishing reactor #2 (2285 psig, @780°F)
• Stripper (90 psig @720°F, SA516, 514” L x 60” ID)
• Amine absorber (2235 psig @400°F, SA516 , 474” L x 58” Dia)
• Amine regenerator (50 psig @337°F, SA240, 487” L x 19” ID)
• Dryer (50 psig @700°F, material SA516, 289” L x 30” ID)
• Hydrogen recycle and make-up compressor
• Furnace (Feed Heater) 11.47 MMBTU/h
