The Calgary Changemaker School is a new not-for-profit, tuition-based independent school opening in 2020. They will be accepting applications from students in Kindergarten though grade six initially and will expand into junior high the following year. They are located just off of the Trans Canada Highway in Springbank (West of Calgary, across from Calaway Park). Check out these pictures

The sound-dampening low-sensory work booth has a dimmable light, interior whiteboard wall and wheels to move around the room as needed.

An important component of there work with students will be to help them identify and understand the unique ways in which they learn best. While much of there day will be spent outdoors, there will be time that they want and need to work indoors as well.

Tables with writable surfaces allow students and teachers to plan and be creative. Come and try it out
