Job Challenge:

  • ? Identify market opportunities in the Bulgarian and Romanian markets.
  • ? Actively communicate with the existing network of distributors.
  • ? Discover new ways of increasing sales in the Bulgarian and Romanian markets.
  • ? Coordinate with the family owner on strategy and implementation.
  • ? Lead and manage a small team of 2 sales reps based locally.
  • ? Develop and execute a hands-on approach to managing daily operations.
  • ? Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

Manager Skills:

  • ? Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager.
  • ? Proven track record in B2B sales.
  • ? Capability to manage a small team of 2 sales representatives.
  • ? In-depth understanding of the specifics of Balkan markets and topography.
  • ? Practical common sense approach to managing daily operations.
  • ? Fluency in Italian and Bulgarian is a must.
