Let us all be constantly aware of the role our dear family members can play in the design of solutions for thém, preventing the fiction of the friction in this video becomes reality one day.
Just like conferences need to become #patientsincluded, design processes need to be as well. It is one of the core values of our REshape Center, but to be honest is very hard to get a clear view on what 'patients' would like, since there is no 1 patients persona.
