>>Cheat days, cheat meals<<

I've been meaning to do this post for some time about, cheat meals. Because I see it time and time again with people trying to lose weight.

When they've been really really good for four or five days of the week, sometimes six days of the week, and then give themselves a cheat meal or cheat day.

And it's all very well and good, however, if you're not eating a safe calorie deficit for the other days, and then you're over eating too much on those cheat days, you're never going to see the progress that you need to.

And by biggest gripe about these sort of things is the lack of education or knowledge being used in them.

Because, we really have to focus on understanding more about the basic nutrition, that means you shouldn't feel like you need to deprive yourself, because if you're feeling like you're craving a cheat meal, you're going to only promote an unhealthy relationship with food.

Trust me, Elly and are seeing this when we're in our prep, because we do have to be restrictive with food, but we know being show prep isn't a sustainable thing.

When we finish prep,  and are looking longer-term, we would never be depriving ourselves of foods that we enjoy.

We would just use our three-step principle, which is track, assess, and adapt, to make sure that we can achieve our goals doing it. And we do this with our clients.

So please, if you're struggling with nutrition, don't deprive yourself.

Focus more on balance and moderation, and honestly, if you need a little bit of help, click in the link in the comments below, it's our guide to flexible diet and it's absolutely free.

It's helped us and hundreds of clients to understand more about basic nutrition without depriving themselves.

Because if you have to deprive yourself, it's never going to last longer-term.
