THE CHEAPEST WAY TO LEARN A LANGUAGE
I think you want to learn a language in the cheapest way. If so, please read my recommendations.
- Decide your budget.
- Decide how many hours you can dedicate to learn a language.
- Divide your time into two, how many hours with a teacher and how many hours for your self-study.
- Tell the teacher about your plan.
- Ask your teacher to give you homework.
- Send your homework to your teacher after doing it.
- Ask your teacher to send back to you after he/she checks it.
- Try to correct your mistakes.
- Read a lot.
- Spend your time with your teacher as doing speaking activities.
- Write short stories and send them to your teacher to correct them.
- Read stories and tell them your teacher.
- Try to speak your target language when it is possible.
- Watch movies, videos and listen to songs.
- Don’t be shy and speak a lot.
- Don’t afraid of making mistakes.
If you do all of the above, you do not take private lessons every day, just once a week or twice a week enough for you.
Good luck!

5 年Brilliant... I have some experience teaching English and business skills in this way I wish to share with you.. Or lets say (coaching) here the teacher becomes more of a coach or mentor rather than a conventional teacher... The impact was not that good, mainly because students are used to the conventional way of teaching and did not change their studying behavior to adapt to this approach. Your article is very useful in this area... I will use it in my classes and share it with my students...
