ChatTalent's Unleash Interview Roundup

For the last few years, the legend that is Marc Coleman has invited us along to Unleash London - one of three events globally that the team at Unleash delivers, all centred around the "Future of Work" and HR Technology - to conduct interviews of delegates, speakers and other interesting bods.

Without blowing too much smoke up his arse, we're genuinely delighted to be able to participate in what we believe to be the HR event of the year. Allowing our rag-tag bunch (namely me and Theo) along, to hobnob with some of the more familiar names in the world of HR, Talent & Recruitment, is a huge boost to ChatTalent and our credibility.

As mentioned above, our main purpose at these events is to interview folk. This article is a roundup of those interviews, so you don't have to search for them across 463 social different channels.

So, let's do this:-

1) Pag Miles - Alexander Mann

Pag is the Global Head Alexander Mann's partnership network, The Hive, and was one of the judges of the Startup Competition at Unleash.

2) Sophie Theen - 11:FS

Sophie is the Head of HR & Talent at 11:FS, a "challenger consultancy" in FinTech & Financial Services that recently won consultancy of the year.

3) Ben Gledhill - Yodel

Ben is the Head of Resourcing at Yodel, and a regular contributor to developing the talent acquisition and HR profession. He knows his stuff.

4) Lee Andrews & Simon Clements - IBM

Lee is the Head of Talent Acquisition for IBM across EMEA, and Simon is the Client Solutions Lead for TA Transformation.

5) Bill Boorman - Tru

Bill needs no introduction, so I'm not going to give him one.

6) Jared Massey - Hudson

Jared is RPO Operations Manager for EMEA, for Hudson's RPO business. He's also a straight-talking northerner, which is always a bonus.

7) Stephen O'Donnell - VideoMyJob

Almost as recruitment-famous as Bill Boorman, amongst many other things Stephen is the Growth Partnership Manager for VideoMyJob (amongst many other things).

8) Chris Raw - JobPal

Chris has recently joined JobPal as their Client Services Lead and Product Strategist, following a career in recruitment with the likes of Hays, Next and Zalando. Also a northerner.

9) Clive Preston - UPS

Clive is the Europe Region Talent Acquisition Manager for UPS, and has spent 19 years in the business in a number of both HR and non-HR roles. He's a living, breathing example of how sticking with one organisation can still be great for your career (as long as it's the right organisation).

10) Juliet Lo - Glint

Juliet is the Head of Product Marketing at Glint - an employee engagement, retention and performance platform recently acquired by LinkedIn. She's also a natural on camera, and 100x more professional than me.
