ChatGPT: The what, the how and the layman use for day-to-day work/personal projects!

Yes, I’m taking a stab at the hottest new OpenAI program.

On a lighter note: I’m convinced that they (the creators/beneficiaries) have used enough SEO, SEM, and influencer community leverage to make this program impossible to ignore. IT’S EVERYWHERE!

So, I’ve lost the battle to my F.O.M.O., and here I am to see how this hybrid language model is going to help me in any way it can.

I see a lot of tech workers anxious to know if ChatGPT can code as well as them or even be a first touch point for digital business owners when it comes to handling potential clients.

The buzz drove me in the direction of “what can it do for me?” and my community of service delivery folks working in various avenues within the tech and non-tech sectors.

The tool is without a doubt interesting, easy-to-use, and packaged to become a viral pick-me-up.

• Link the API to engage with clients and candidates via chatbots—YES!
• Write a Boolean search string for complex roles—not yet! (I’m probably not prompting well enough, hoping the model evolves to this soon!)
• Can it be your wingman throughout work and personal situations? – YES INDEED!
• Can you start advising people around you on matters that you know very little about? – YES! ??

If you're in a talent acquisition role like mine and need some advice, ChatGPT can be your go-to source for sensible, practical advice on how to handle and untangle yourself in situations.

Although, it will never replace the right Human intervention or advice in my opinion.?

ChatGPT scores big on drafting communications, advising you on learning paths and can be a problem-solver if used/prompted well enough.
