It means the user is responsible for verifying the information, which takes away the ease people are attributing to ChatGPT. For example, I asked about the eligibility criteria for the SNAP program, and it reverted with a totally made-up response.

Sure it could offer concise and lucid answers to complex questions, but its limitations can’t bear the weight of the user’s expectation in every scenario. For example, the concept of interests and behavior is foreign to ChatGPT, while Google heavily emphasizes it.
