A ChatGPT Team-Building Exercise

Everybody is talking about ChatGPT, which makes it a great tool for helping to get everybody talking to each other. Below is a game I put together (with an assist from Chat, of course) to help get virtual teams working with the AI tool while building something useful -- better human communication! This is just one suggestion. The possibilities are endless.
The Objective of the Game
Each team will be responsible for creating a ChatGPT prompt (or script) that can help team members proofread their documents for errors. The script should be able to identify common errors and suggest corrections and should help team members improve the clarity and readability of their writing. A writing sample will be provided.
[Note: The objective of the prompt can be anything. This objective was chosen by a group that wanted something that could be built in 20 to 30 minutes and could be put to immediate use after being built].
Teams
Randomly assign people to teams of four (4).
Each team will select a captain who will be responsible for communicating instructions to the team and assigning roles to each team member. There are four roles that need to be performed:
1.??????Script Building: This role is responsible for building the ChatGPT script, including identifying common errors in documents and suggesting corrections to improve clarity and readability. The person in this role should have a good understanding of natural language processing and be familiar with programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
2.??????Document Analysis: This role is responsible for analyzing documents and identifying common errors and issues that the ChatGPT script should be designed to address. The person in this role should have a strong understanding of grammar, spelling, and punctuation, as well as an eye for detail.
3.??????User Research: This role is responsible for conducting user research to understand the needs and preferences of team members who will be using the ChatGPT script. The person in this role should have good communication skills and be comfortable conducting surveys, interviews, and focus groups.

4.??????Quality Control: This role is responsible for testing and validating the ChatGPT script to ensure that it is effective and accurate. The person in this role should have a strong attention to detail and be familiar with quality control processes and procedures.
The team and its captain are free to organize and assign roles anyway they want. Additional functions and roles can be assigned as well. By assigning specific roles to each team member, the team captain can help to ensure that all aspects of the ChatGPT script building process are covered, from document analysis to user research to quality control. This can help to promote collaboration and transparency among team members, as well as provide each team member with a clear sense of their responsibilities and objectives.
Who wins?
Well, everybody wins because everybody learns something about how to use a powerful AI engine and everybody gets to practice working as a team. In our case, the team with the most errors detected in the writing sample also wins a $20 Starbuck card for each team member.
Post-Game Discussion
After the game is completed, a discussion can be held to reinforce the importance of open communication and transparency. Questions such as the following can be asked:
·??????What communication strategies did your team use during the game?
·??????Were there any obstacles that made communication challenging?
·??????How did you overcome those obstacles?
·??????How could you apply the communication strategies you used in the game to your daily work?
·??????What did you learn about the importance of transparency and collaboration during the game?
