ChatGPT: not a substitute but an amplifier

If your marketing team (or agency) isn’t learning how to put ChatGPT to use to save time for bigger things, they’re doing you a disservice. But ChatGPT should NOT be used for those bigger things.

What do I mean by “bigger things”? Strategy. Customer understanding and research. Outside-the-box messaging and creative. Ideas that go against the grain and give you an edge. Analysis that goes an extra layer deep.

ChatGPT (and other AI tools emerging by the day) should help you free up your marketing team’s time to do what they do best: use unique expertise to drive growth. If they’re not using it, or using it to do things that anyone else could do, they’re missing the biggest opportunity ChatGPT provides.
