Is ChatGPT Still Worth It?

Does AI Model Give accurate answer nowadays, well not to major critical problems. Because, it’s LLM Models are not having latest data, it has data limited to certain duration and due to which, it is questionable that, is it still worth to use!

Recently while working on projects! Many time I’ve encountered a message that “as per my latest data till January 2022”, which previously was till January 2021 and for ChatGPT 4; Recently it is August/October 2022! That indicates that whatever the response it is generating, it is based on information till particular time period of 2022. The ChatGPT LLM Model has not been fed with new data yet!

This leads to user having previous information and user blindly believing to that by thinking that “it’s an AI, and AI Can’t LIE”. Well NOT! Majority of Currently Active AI are having data that are biased nature towards the developer’s countries mindset. Creating response based on the data fed to it and the developer feeds the data that he has or he thinks that this is the accurate one, which probably fails the biggest necessary criteria of models that it must be unbiased!

So, the main question that is ChatGPT or Current AI Models ERA is worth to utilize! Is it good! Is it Over! The answer is diplomatic and my favourite line that “It Depends”.

How?

Well, there are some questions or problems that can be solved by using this AI models such as rephrasing the paragraphs, correcting the grammatical error, solving minor errors of code, debugging a code, understanding logic of code, any historic information data, having inspiration for any design and many more. This type of questions or problems are 99% accurate to solve using with this Generative AI Models. For rest 1% I’ll say “it depends!”

While latest questions or problems, such as, asking about any information of after 2023, it won’t be able to answer, if the prompt is not mentioned properly then it will answer but with wrong information. Talking about design perspective or image related AI Content, well it will be useful but it’s a creative field and people’s liking changes everyday so new ideas are there every day, and it depends on the prompt. While talking about coding and programming languages, the demanding frameworks get’s updates every year or after certain interval, such asangular, react, npm,where as some new technologies do take over to previous one, or new introduced technology that AI is unaware as it is not having recent data. This leads to not solving errors properly, not properly debugging the code, not providing the necessary information, even if you use it for your learning purpose, you will learn old frameworks and when you will try practical, you will face errors which that AI won’t be able to solve!

At the end, It Depends on you, that how you want to use it, and the answer will differ from person to person that is chatgpt or AI Models are worth it!
