ChatGPT - Speakers Beware or Care?

ChatGPT - Speakers Beware or Care?

As a professional speaker, author, coach, and or communicator you may either be using ChatGPT or saying OH NO!!! artificial intelligence and fear may rise up in you.?Either way, it is my intent to add some insight and give some possible pros and cons of ChatGPT to help us become?more informed.?First of all, ChatGPT is a cutting-edge technology that has been developed for the needs of businesses globally.??Ok, a confession I didn’t want to use it at first, and after viewing about ~20 YouTube videos in under 30 days, wanted to share this:?

Sometimes a?picture (table) immediately brings the point home but just in case here are a few more things to consider:???

Pros:

  1. Enhanced Customer Engagement: Possible increased customer engagement and building better relationships with your audience.
  2. Cost-effective: Currently ChatGPT has a free version and an upgraded version right now for $20.00 a month. It could be an excellent cost-effective solution for businesses of any size.
  3. Improved Customer Service: Based on how you use ChatGPT and even a Chatbot you could have the ability to provide instant responses to customer queries.
  4. Personalized Customer Experience: Remember this is AI, however, ChatGPT is designed to understand the needs and preferences of each customer based on how you use it.?ChatGPT could increase your customer loyalty and retention.

This is where you can take a pause and breathe knowing nothing artificial can replace human interaction, reaction, emotion, and touch.?Utilizing ChatGPT as a tool I think is a game changer.?Using it ethically and consciously with character and integrity is a choice.?Remember to always put yourself into the equation.??Finally, remember our brain is a muscle and our ability to think is our gift to mankind.

Cons:

  1. Lack of Human Interaction: ChatGPT lacks the personal touch of human interaction. Know your customers and what they need, particularly when dealing with complex issues or sensitive matters.
  2. Limited Capabilities: ChatGPT may not be suitable for more complex issues that require human expertise, so ensure you have a backup plan in place.
  3. Need for Maintenance: This part kind of surprised me especially since it is available 24/7.?

Perfect segway to remember even ChatGPT requires regular maintenance and updates so use it as a tool, not a crutch for you and your business to enhance and improve your business of speaking.

? Johnnie Lloyd Growth Mindset Strategist This is a HUGE topic - I am aware the some BIG named agencies use AI enabled software to help with Job Vacancy Announcements... We have even seen how the movie industry is using AI to clone actors for varies scenes.... I know some content writers use AI to do voice overs, training modules, etc. So AI is her for the long haul.
