ChatGPT Services Back To Normal After Hit By Global Outage
It’s no doubt that ChatGPT, the AI-based, intelligence chatbot developed by OpenAI, has been helping global people to create amazing and useful content using the power of Artificial Intelligence. Owing to its great functionality, ChatGPT has gained massive popularity across the world.
With millions of people already using this platform, ChatGPT went down all of a sudden with users reporting failed question requests. However, after a couple of hours, ChatGPT’s services went back to normal for the users. According to reports, ChatGPT’s services were inaccessible for over 24 hours.
It began with the users of ChatGPT failing to get answers to their queries on the platform. At about 6:10 pm, ChatGPT started to experience problems with over 5,500 users worldwide reporting the same issues with the service within a couple of hours. The issue was reported by Downdetector, a website that tracks outages.
Although the operator of the platform, OpenAI, did not release any formal announcement in this matter, users of ChatGPT took to Social Media platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook to air their grievances.
A user wrote on Facebook, “It looks like ChatGPT is down and some error is occurring. Now you need to use this little thing called the brain."
During that time, every time a user tried to use ChatGPT, it displayed “Oops! Our systems are a bit busy at the moment, please take a break and try again soon."
However, after around 24 hours, the issue was resolved and the platform was made available for users across the world.
