CHATGPT RATED MY CV A "7" OUT OF 10 HERE ARE THE AREAS OF IMPROVEMENTS IT ASKED ME TO LOOK AT
As a recruiter, I review CVs daily to place candidates in various roles I'm advertising. Some of the CVs I receive are quality whiles are others are lacking. In this competitive employment landscape where job postings receive hundreds of applicants, your CV has to stand out.
Beating ATS
Large companies use Applicant Tracking System (ATS), a software used to access candidates by rating their CVs to see if they're a fit for the advertised role. ATS scans CVs to see if it has the necessary keywords for the CV to be shortlisted.
Every applicant has a responsibility to ensure their CVs beat ATS and their CVs are shortlisted.
