The new ChatGPT prototype looks like the ChatGPT iOS App, but introduces a new model selector, customizable GPTs, and "Magic Maker" (presumably utilizing GPT-4 Magic Create) alongside an "Advanced" mode for creating your own GPTs.

The "My GPTs" dashboard displays all your GPTs and provides the option to "Create a GPT - Customize and share a powerful AI assistant".

'Hi! I'll help you build a new GPT. You can say something like, "make a creative who helps generate visuals for new products" or "make a software engineer who helps format my code."

This feature also allows you to save the newly created GPT for personal use or to share with others via a link.

Additionally, there's a new option to highlight a portion of the assistant's response and respond directly to it (indicated as "Replying to").

The "Advanced" mode for creating a new GPT lets you specify all details similar to the previous Gizmo prototype. Here, you can set a profile icon, name, description, instructions, and welcome message.

New features now include:

• Prompt Starters (Example prompts for the user to start the conversation)
• Knowledge (Additional files for this GPT to reference)
• Actions (Additional functionality that this GPT can use) - including Web Browsing, DALL-E, Code Interpreter and even "custom actions" (functions using OpenAPI schema)

The option to highlight a section of the assistant's response and reply directly to it (shown as "Replying to") is also present on the redesigned conversation page. What stands out here is a more streamlined conversation layout with the buttons for regenerating, voting, or copying a response relocated for a cleaner interface.
