LLMs?are AI systems that learn and imbibe knowledge from large volumes of text available on the internet. A large language model, or LLM, is a deep learning algorithm that can recognize, summarize, translate, predict and generate text and other content based on knowledge gained from massive datasets. Large language models are among the most successful applications of transformer models.

Natural language processing (NLP) is not new, but in the past five years it has made rapid progress thanks to the growing power of deep neural networks. Large language models are a new class of network that have been trained on massive bodies of text and, as a result, have the ability to understand, summarize, and even generate text from scratch

Based on data their responses get smarter and crispier, if more data such language models are fed, they perform better. They can do for example tasks such as follows..

• Having conversations,
• Summarizing written material,
• Solving math theorems or
• Predicting protein structures

In simple language, ChatGPT is an AI-powered chatbot that has been developed by San Francisco based startup OpenAI and is available for public use on web browsers. It can be used on its website which is chat.openai.com. ChatGPT is powered by LLM which is large language model. This means that chatGPT is capable of understanding human-like responses.

1)OpenAI ChatGPT

2)Facebook LLaMa

Facebook recently created an advanced artificial intelligence system that kept criticising the company and its CEO Mark Zuckerberg. The AI, called "BlenderBot3" is described as a "conversational prototype" that can "converse on nearly any topic" according to Meta.?

LLaMA is not in use across Meta services like Facebook and Instagram

Meta has dabbled in large language models earlier with OPT-175B and the controversial Galactica that was quickly rolled back.

Google's parent company Alphabet - did a language model called LaMDA based on which it has built a ChatGPT-like tool called Bard.?

4)SnapChat MyAI

?Snapchat chatbot is powered by OpenAI's GPT technology.
