ChatGPT, an impressive tool, not a competitor

I recently read many articles saying it's a tool that can beat google in the search engine industry. It's a tool due to which content writers and song writer's job is at risk. we don't need content writers. we don't need google. ChatGPT is enough to answer all questions and many more.

But when I used it I didn't find that it can do anything like that what people assume. first and foremost thing is, it is a chat-based tool that interacts like humans, it is not a search engine. Search engines like google find results in real-time as soon as data is available. of course google does some tweaks to provide the best matching results but still it does web scrapping, indexing, etc to provide the best results. whereas ChatGPT is a AI-based tool that need data to be inserted and models to be trained to provide results. currently, it is trained with only 40GB of Data (approximately 8 million web pages). but we have a lot of data.

Google can search based on many other aspects, attributes (file type, images) etc. ChatGPT is text-based only.?

ChatGPT is trained with data that was available till 2021. it is not able to answer newer recent events. it needs to be trained with new data then only it will be able to answer those questions. whereas google can answer almost real-time.?

Regarding the Jobs of content writers, I can only say Humans are much more creative than any AI available in the world. we are the ones who created AI, not the AI created humans.?

I think it is a great tool and it is an addition to the way we interact with computers and has a bright future but it's not a competitor of Google or any search engine. for Jobs, no one can beat humans' creativity.
