?Streamlining Data Entry: Transforming PDFs to Excel with ChatGPT

You can now ask ChatGPT to create an Excel file from your info

I’ll make use of this weeks newsletter to update the data entry (PDF to Excel spreadsheets) formula from our previous guide.

Instead of copy/pasting a table provided by ChatGPT, you can now ask it to create an Excel file directly in ChatGPT, making it easier to transfer the data. You will want to use the “Make a Sheet” plug-in.

Keep the same prompt but ask it to make a CSV (or Excel spreadsheet) directly!The following table includes column 1: Order Number, column 2: Store, column 3: Article Number, column 4: Description, column 5: Color, column 6: Size (ml), column 7: Unit of Measure (UM), column 8: Ordered Quantity, column 9: Invoiced Quantity, column 10: Unit Price, column 11: Total (Before taxes). Create a csv with the following data:
2. Now, enter all the info from your electronic invoice as such:(Simply copy all the table)

3. And paste it into the prompt. Now, hit enter!

4. ChatGPT will ask you to confirm the format of the table :

5. Simply answer in plain text. And collect your CSV!
