ChatGPT Enterprise kicks off a new era in digital transformation
Today, OpenAI fired the starter pistol for the race to build conversational AI into management processes.
With the announcement of ChatGPT Enterprise, big businesses have the greenlight to use ChatGPT in a way that meets their privacy and data needs. This overcomes the biggest blocker to enterprises baking chatbots into their processes.
Not a moment too soon: OpenAI also shared that 80% of the Fortune 500 companies are represented in their existing users (wow!), and enterprise issues with ChatGPT have been well-documented.
So what’s next??
More enterprise-grade tools will follow as AI companies cater to growing demand for organizations to drive productivity and efficiency increases. Enterprises will use their internal data to power these AI tools, increasing data capture and squeezing more benefit from underutilized data sources (it’s a good time to be a data specialist). There will also be a huge push to create new work methods using chatbots, upskill current employees, and hire those who know how to work alongside AI.
It’s going to be an exciting time filled with change. Are you ready?

1 年A great article Tim, I was really limited in my previous role as I couldn’t use enterprise data with the available AI tools. My hope with this latest news is that companies will become more comfortable with the security, and empower their staff to come up with creative solutions that wouldn’t be possible due to previous administrative tasks.

1 年This is exciting! I hope it makes other competitors such as Google introduce a similar option. I am also curious about the enterprise pricing as they don't share that on the website.
