'ChatGPT' demystified :

In a simpler terms, ChatGPT is a chatbot where users can ask queries, and the platform with the power of AI (artificial intelligence) answers those questions. It has been designed it in a way that users can get both technical as well as jargon-free replies.
ChatGPT is a natural language processing (NLP) model developed by OpenAI, an artificial intelligence research laboratory .It is a transformer-based model that is trained on a large corpus of conversational data. It is designed to generate human-like responses to user input, allowing for natural conversations with a virtual assistant.
Difference between ChatGTP and Google:
ChatGPT works by using a large corpus of conversational data to train a transformer-based model. This model is then used to generate human-like responses to user input, allowing for natural conversations with a virtual assistant.
ChatGPT uses Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) technology but is tweaked to appear more friendly to humans. It is based on GPT-3.5, a language model used for deep learning to produce human-like text. However, users may get different replies if they ask the same question in future. That's because the chatbot will improve over time and understand queries better through machine learning.
Once the tests are over, OpenAI can extend ChatGPT's underlying tech to companies that rely on chatbots. For instance, the chatbot can be used for customer service (Airtel, Paytm, Swiggy, and more), personal assistants (to assist users with tasks such as scheduling, reminders, and other daily activities), and students (to help them solve complex questions in simple words).
During our test, we asked Google and ChatGPT whether India will become the largest economy in the future. Google's answer is based on the latest news article it can find online. ChatGPT, on the other hand, offered a more generic reply, which some may prefer, but it lacks data (for now).
As opposed to traditional chatbots, ChatGPT learns from conversations with humans and responds more naturally. It’s much better at understanding complex queries than other AI systems. There are almost no limits to what ChatGPT can do, and its impact on customer service is already felt. This technology could be used for a bunch of things, including:
1. Automated Customer Service:
ChatGPT can automate mundane tasks like answering FAQs or giving product info. Businesses could save time and resources by delegating these tasks to AI instead of humans. In addition, ChatGPT understands complex questions much better than other AI systems currently available, so it’s ideal for handling more complicated customer inquiries.
2. Personalized Experiences:
ChatGPT’s biggest advantage is that it learns from human conversations and responds more naturally. It’s much better at delivering personalized experiences than traditional chatbots, which use pre-programmed rules or scripts. With this technology, businesses could give customers tailored responses that are more likely to lead to conversions and increased satisfaction.

3. Sentiment Analysis:
ChatGPT can be used to get insight into how customers feel about a product or service. By using this information, businesses can improve their offerings and make sure they’re meeting customers’ needs. In addition, ChatGPT’s natural language processing (NLP) capabilities make it a suitable candidate for this job, as it can decipher how customers really feel about a product.
4. Automated lead generation:
ChatGPT can generate leads by engaging potential customers and learning about their needs. By using this information, you can tailor marketing campaigns to each customer’s interests and preferences. Aside from that, ChatGPT’s NLP capabilities make it much better at understanding complex queries than other AI systems out there.

Taking over the chatbot market from Google, ChatGPT is reportedly giving a run for its money. With its advanced technology and simple design, ChatGPT is fast gaining ground on Google. In response, Google has begun developing its version of an AI search engine and is set to launch around 21 new products at the upcoming Google I/O 2023 event.
According to a New York Times report, ChatGPT's rising popularity is putting pressure on Google. This year, the company now intends to introduce more than 20 new products and present a chatbot-enhanced version of its search engine. Former Google research director D. Sivakumar claimed that ChatGPT has set the standard for what a new search experience could entail and that this represents a significant point of vulnerability for Google.?
Despite this challenge, Google has the resources and tools to remain competitive in the industry through its use of artificial intelligence. To tackle the new AI chatbot, Google is also taking advice from Larry Page and Sergey Brin, who has not been involved with the company in recent years. Brin and Page have approved plans to integrate more chatbot features into Google's search engine and have guided the company's leaders who are focusing heavily on artificial intelligence in their plans.
