ChatGPT could be the biggest disruptor out-there after all

In many of my previous speaking engagements, every time anyone asked, will the freight forwarders / freight forwarding market be disrupt? My answer is not yet. I didn't see it happening because the variables are too big, the information is there but the knowledge to put everything together is to intricate and complex. We need the actual person with the God-given brain to be able to figure this out.

But after seeing what AI can do via chatGPT in just 60 days, I am convinced! Within two short years, AI will grow exponentially and finally disrupt the freight forwarding business as we know it. Even as you are reading this, AI via chatGPT is already challenging the law, medical, science, marketing industries and more.
