ChatGPT: charting a New Course rooted in disruption

OpenAI 's #ChatGPT has become immensely popular in a mere two months since its launch. According to a new UBS study, the Microsoft-backed chatbot has reportedly achieved 100 million monthly active users, which has made it the fastest-growing consumer app in the world. According to analytics player Similarweb , it had a daily average of 13 million unique visitors in January, double the December levels. ChatGPT enables users to generate #articles, #essays, #scripts, and even #poetry, and it’s free to access; no wonder, it has become a savage hit in no time.

Thanks to ChatGPT, OpenAI now commands an enviable competitive edge which has culminated in a multi-billion-dollar investment by 微软 amid a bleak scenario of ongoing #masslayoffs. Enthused by the spectacular success, OpenAI has now introduced a penetration price of $20 for a monthly premium subscription, initially available to users in the United States.
