Hi Ojas, Thanks for sharing. You have touched interesting topic of virtualization of services. There are lot of customization done for Chatboats based on gaps/need/enhancement. Good insights Ojas. if chatboats are linked to immediate email of solution, it has worked in many sectors very well. (i.e. conferences)

Hi… great insight. However, my personal feeling is that chatbots are eliminating that human touch especially in service sector when customer has a complaint and want to talk to someone for a resolution but gets encountered with chatbot only having limited options.
