Open AI has a number of other controversial investors, such as right wing billionaire 'Peter Thiel', who offered a substantial amount of?financial assistance to the organisation when it was first setting up shop. Open AI is now run by the CEO viz. Sam Altman who is the founder of the organisation.

This is easy to do and only requires that you fork over an email address and a phone number. A research organisation namely Open AI some where on November 30th 2022, made CHAT GPT by using Artificial Intelligence. This has become a Tornado of the world. Within five days the users number of the CHAT GPT reached to one million users, breaking all the records. It is reported that to achieve the same, Netflix took three and half years, Instagram took two years, and Facebook took ten months. The famous platform Google Plus took about 14 months to reach 100 million subscription, where as CHAT GPT took only two months to reach to 100 million subscription.

It is believed that its user-friendly nature and value addition made this very popular among the masses. The areas in which Chat GPT is used are, Education, Legal, Financials, Media, Consumer Services, etc. in every area it is now popularly used within such short period. Chat GPT is nothing but a Chat Boat which is an interactive mode. Recent survey in United States of America shows that in almost every industry or field or activities in the country Chat GPT is being used and is a very popular tool now. It is a great revolution in the technology. People says this will replace people's job. Companies are using Chat GPT in place of their Human Resources. It is also reported that half of the Companies in USA had used Chat GPT within this 100 days of its inception in the world.

It is learned that a Francisco based Company viz. 'Open AI' designed and made this Chat Boat, GPT means (Generative Pre-trained Transformer). This is the latest member of the company's AI Chat Boat. The same Company Open AI reportedly made another AI product viz. Dall-E, which is program text format can make pictures.

What are the Limitations and shortcomings of the Chat GPT?

The producer Company admits that many answers given by the Chat Boat may not be fully correct and may also give you a foolish answer. So we need to apply our professional knowledge. GPT may present something imaginary as if it is real. So please don't carried away by such illusions. The training data is almost one year old and so the latest will not be there while your interacting. So practically some information may not be updated with regards to the training since Training Data is not updated.

What are the Ethical issues in Chat GPT ?

It has reported that there are lot of ethical issues connected to the Chat GPT. One of the Australian MP in the Parliament has stated that this can cause Cheating, Job Loss (GPT may replace Human Resource), spreading of wrong or incorrect information in the society, Discrimination etc. some of the ethical issues. Australian politicians think that this may be prejudicial to the vested interest of the USA politics since it will show the American policies as appropriate or correct. According to the Australian MP the interest of the US politicians will be upheld by the Chat GPT. It is also alleged that GPT will be the launch pad for the Cyber Crime attacks. It is apprehended that this will destroy the employment opportunities in the Information Technology field according to them. Data Privacy is another area which can be compromised according to the experts.

The main investor in the Open AI is the Microsoft Corporation. According to the experts Chat GPT can destroy the monopoly of the Search business enjoyed by the Google in the world. Some says this could be a big fight between two giants in the world with respect to the Search Business ; Google and Microsoft. It is believed to be a new life for the Microsoft who could not do anything much in competing with the Google in the 'Search business' . Google enjoys a good business share in the digital Advertisement and Marketing. The popularity of the Chat GPT which get big hit by the users, the advertisers may now prefer the Chat GPT which is coming more popular than Google Platforms. Some one calls Chat GPT as Google Killer. It is reported that Google has started launching Lamda AI based Chat Boat viz. Google Barred on an experimental basis. The competitors like META (FB), has reportedly planning to launch their Large Language Model viz. LLaMA in February 2023.
