Chasing Purpose

Chasing Purpose

What's your purpose and how do you find it?

The age-old longing for purpose is in all of us. As a military veteran, I went to war and experienced hardships I sometimes cannot even explain yet my purpose was crystal clear. To serve a mission greater than myself.

Lane Belone and I discuss this often and finally wrote about it in our upcoming book “Unleash your Humble Alpha - How politics, plant medicine, royalty and military combat revealed the five secrets to Profound Leadership”.

Through the year purpose shifts, changes and morphs through experience and accomplishments.

We came to the conclusion that purpose is really the search for true meaning and value.

So how do we get there and find it? And keep up with the changing forward vision?

We Believe that when we give freely, unconditionally and with love, it shows itself very clearly.

We also found that giving freely, unconditionally and with love can only be facilitated when we know our true identity, not our title or position, it’s who we really are, how we step into the world and into our own greatness.

Sound difficult? Here is an example of how to reduce the difficulties drastically:

We believe that all stress, problems, arguments and challenges are really only a reflection of your non- verbalized expectations, frustrations at things outside of your control and pondering of your thoughts about whats going on in life., not what the potential is of those goings on, In other words we are reacting to the outside.

Thats the issue right there, we cannot change the outside, we can only change the inside...by letting go of all that which we feel the need to control.

When this happens you are of a clear mind and not resisting, your consciousness is released to embrace true purpose, accompanied by the depth of true self-love.

Sound hokey for two veterans? It may but remember this: what we resist is typically a reflection of something we have been conditioned to believe.

I could go on yet I believe this is a good start, Lane and I wish you your purpose and invite you to pick up our book once it is released.
