I am truly grateful for the opportunities that I have had at Sikich India. The work culture and office environment here are exceptional! With 7+ years of professional experience across various organizations, the work culture at Sikich is unparalleled. I am truly passionate about my work at Sikich and always look forward to continued learning to contribute better.?

I live with my parents and younger sister, and we share a deep enthusiasm for celebrating festivals together. We embrace every occasion without any exception. We often gather to watch movies and series as a family, and we have established a tradition of traveling together at least once a year. These family trips are a highlight for all of us. It's an opportunity to explore new destinations and create lasting memories.?

I also have a passion for reading books, and I enjoy expressing my creativity through painting, which I find very relaxing and fulfilling. My love for travel extends beyond family trips, so I always take advantage of every opportunity to explore new destinations. Additionally, I am an avid sports enthusiast. I love playing pickleball and cricket.??

?4.??? Challenges you've faced in your new role and how you've dealt with them.?

When I first joined, immersing myself in the Local Government vertical within the Audit department was both exciting and challenging. Despite my extensive experience, the intricacies of US audit practices were unfamiliar territory. But thanks to the teams’ incredible support, I quickly found my footing. Sikich University offered targeted training that not only sharpened my skills but also boosted my confidence.??
