He is in charge of overseeing several individual accounts in addition to multiple departments' accounts as an AM. There are several projects/work that he is now working on, each with its own deadlines and specifications. Additionally, he must collaborate with his team, attend client meetings, and inform stakeholders.

His inability to keep up with everything, though, leaves him feeling overburdened and stressed out, which causes him to miss deadlines and communicate poorly with clients.
