CHARLES TOFFERI NAMED NEW DIRECTOR OF PRE-CONSTRUCTION AT PETTICOAT-SCHMITT CIVIL CONTRACTORS

Petticoat-Schmitt Civil Contractors announces the promotion of ?Charles Tofferi, EI, to Director of Pre-Construction, a key leadership role in the firm. In this role, Tofferi will identify business opportunities while training and developing an in-house team of estimators. “I am so appreciative of the opportunity to provide leadership and experience to guide and mentor the department while growing and delivering better projects, building solid relationships, and providing strong revenue streams,” said Tofferi.?

Tofferi bolsters his professional expertise in the construction industry as the holder of four contracting licenses in the state of Florida, including general contracting, underground utility, plumbing, and mechanical disciplines. He is currently in the final stage of achieving certification as a Design-Build Professional? (DBIA?), demonstrating a commitment to his experience and collaboration on design-build projects.

Tofferi will continue to set the standard for Petticoat-Schmitt’s pre-construction services which form the fundamental foundation of each project.
