The AWF Charles R. Wall Youth Leadership Program is here to support and empower young professionals with a passion for conservation.

We’re recruiting 30 young African changemakers for the 2025 cohort:

?? Policy Fellows (15 Slots) Collaborate with the UN Environment Programme to influence international biodiversity governance. Gain specialized training in International Environmental Governance, particularly the Convention on Biological Diversity.

?? Conservation Leadership & Management Fellows (15 Slots) Enhance your personal, team, and organizational leadership skills to drive impactful on-the-ground conservation projects.
