Charity from eBay

eBay raised ￡22.5m for charity during 2018. This is up 13% on the previous year. This equates to ￡60,000 a day, or ￡2,500 an hour for charities. Recently the platform began another charity event.

The Children’s Trust is to benefit from an eBay online auction for the chance to own a life-size statue of movie alien Predator. The statue stands at seven-feet tall and was used in the film’s promotional campaign. The auction winner won’t just be the owner of a cool souvenir, but will also help children. The Children’s Trust supports children who have suffered brain injuries.
