We have all lost a dear one close to our heart from the big "C" so i wanted to do something for charity so i have signed up for a White Collar Boxing Event.

So i officially registered last night!!

I think i was one of the smallest guys in the room!!

I need a ring name and ring music if you have any suggestions!

Training is over 10 weeks and i wont be able to (drink) and its a good excuse to get fit!

Its all in a good cause for Cancer Research, UWCB have raised over ￡26m to date, to help me please donate:
