Charity Bike Ride in Memory of my MUM

I apologise up front as this is not really the forum that I would use for this type of posting but its very dear to my heart.

Some of you may know that unfortunately I lost my mum to the horrible disease Alzheimer's. 

My mum was an amazing person, full of life and energy. She gave so much time to helping and supporting those in need. She was such a strong person and a rock in my life and since she has gone has left a huge hole. 

I really want to try and make a difference and raise some money for Alzheimer's research so that people can hopefully get that support and much needed help to fight and combat this horrible disease.

Last year I did a short 80km bike ride so this year I have decided to challenge myself and in July I am cycling 525km from London to Paris over 4 days.
