Brian Tracy, a Canadian-American motivational speaker and self-development author, described charisma in the following way:

‘’Charisma - is the #Art of making people feel better about themselves in your presence’’

Interesting, isn’t it? How everything we develop and #grow in ourselves, such as our skills, qualities, and #attitudes, impacts not only us but also the people around us.

The desire to understand and uplift others can make you a #caring and #warm leader, while focusing only on your #ego and personal benefits will lead to a lonely, thorny path of a #corporate dictator. ??

When I think about charisma in leadership, I find it hard to describe with just one word or definition. For me, #Charisma is about certain behaviors and attitudes that #strongleaders #demonstrate on a daily basis.

I strongly believe that you can’t #fake Charisma as it is reflection of your #truecharacter and #confidence. People are generally perceptive, and they can quickly sense when someone is wearing masks or trying to play games. So Faking charisma will quickly lead to failure as a leader and can damage your reputation severely.??

Being #meaningful and #memorable charismatic leader means that you show #humility and warmth in the most challenging and tough #business decision.????
