In 2020 I was fortunate to be one of the first Executive Sponsors of the Intern Council for HP Singapore. The objective of the council was to enable the interns to have a seamless integration during their time here, onboard everyone on HP values and culture but better still leave them with a lasting impression and in turn build a community of evangelists who share their memories built on our logo
I want to take the time to Thank Shelly Rajpal who nominated me to Sponsor the council and allowed me to be part of and contribute in every possible way. We have had Shanice Loo and Benjamin Smith who have been terrific leaders Co-Chairing the council and its members not only with passion but with a lot of grit in ensuring we evolved this structure into shape working with every intern and council members through these years.
As a team , we have built a community of programs that involve Super Intern Fairs, Mentoring, Leadership presentations, Workshops on Soft Skills and getting together to network and celebrate the times . All these, as we scaled through the pandemic and work from home environments

In 2023, as a team we have taken the mantle to further transform to our new hybrid work environment. As Shanice Loo and Benjamin Smith elevate their roles as senior mentors of the Intern council, we have Dadi Santosh Amoghraj and Shalom C , our Next Gen teammates - who have integrated to HP as part of graduate hire program to take the mantle of Co-Charing the Council from now. I want to welcome Dadi and Shalom who are stepping up to the responsibility as they work on redesigning and reinventing the working of the council and wish them the very best.
Thanking all active members of the council as we embark on a journey to create experiences that are priceless for times ahead. Work Starts now. Extremely proud to be part of the Coucil with a team thats Illuminates Blue Passion.
