Google for Startups recently carried out a survey of 900 successful Founders in 40 countries and found some interesting common traits in them:

- Successful Founders treat people like volunteers?

- They protect the team from distractions?

- Minimize unnecessary micromanagement?

- Invite disagreement

- Preserve interpersonal equity

- Keep pace with expertise?

- Overcome discouragement



  1. Agree? Why?
  2. Do you fit the bill as an entrepreneur or manager?
  3. Can you name someone who has these qualities?
