I have come to think that great leadership stands on 3 Pillars: Integrity - Courage - Compassion With many sub-set characteristics and behaviors. It’s a very similar idea. It would be interesting to dive into these two ideas further to understand why they are so similar, why they are different and if there is a way of unifying them in such a way that is better that each one.
