Chapter X The State of the Nation

·?The Biden Administration failure to act to close or defend our border is making life in America dangerous and less safe! That is an utter and complete breach and failure of the Presidential oath which requires he will “preserve, protect and defend” our Constitution and our nation to the best of his ability.?That means the estimated 25,000,000 illegal immigrants now living in this country must be rounded up and deported immediately. If anyone in the Biden administraton, including President Biden or Vice Pres-ident Harris, do not co-operate or if they interfere with this Civilian action to Make America Safe and Great Again they must be removed and tried for treason!.

Because of the dangerous ultra Conservative Right wing and ultra Liberal Left wing feuding and war-like behavior concerning the state of affairs in our country, I am troubled about the future under either of these aggressive polit-ical movements. They were both poorly focused, led by Career Politico’s with little respect and devoid of integrity.

If they engage the dictates of the first two paragraphs of our foundational law, the Declaration of Independence, our future is at risk.?The Declaration states when it becomes necessary to break the political bands of past gov-ernment allegiance, because the government has become destructive of any of our unalienable rights, it is the right and in-fact the duty of citizens to "alter", "throw-off", and "abolish", in other words to over-throw and remove that government.?It goes on to say once overthrown they are “to provide new guards”…”instituting a new system of Govern-ment for their future security”. ?

·?This was exactly what January 6, 2021 amounted to, a legal beginning of a new ultra Right wing National Revolution. Unfortunately however it was a very disorganized and poorly led failure. It was not a pre-planned illegal or violent act of insurrection as the ultra Left wing Socialist Democrat rulers now in power in Congress are trying to prove by distorting facts gathered by Declaration and Constitutionally ignorant people. As a former Prosecut-ing Attorney I know of what I speak!

·?Media video coverage tends to prove it was a non-violent peaceful march that did not show any acts of violence erupting until the peaceful marchers in this legal assemblage reached the capital grounds. As the marchers attempted to get access to the capital to get redress of their grievances they were pushed back by the aggressively trained government police and national guard de-fenses.??This was a?physical confrontation.under the direction of Democrat House Leader Nancy Pelosi.

·?These peaceful marchers without any real respected leadership or advisers when pushed by aggressive?government forces intuitively fought back.?They exercised their right of self defense, as might be expected in any such large crowd gatherings. This self defense act like the right of this assemblage of citizens requesting redress of their grievances is an additional and natural right granted to all citizens by the U.S. Constitution, Bill of Rights.

· Use of government forces and the government tools of police or military to stop peaceful marching citizens attempting to exercise their Constitutional and Declaration dictated rights is a shameful government act.?As the police in St Louis, MO,, Minneapolis, MN, and now in Grand Rapids, MI should have shown more responsible restraint in their simple traffic stop reactions rather than murderous and careless gun usage...these crowd control forces should have shown more responsible confrontation behavior to avoid the bat-tle ground war their action clearly provoked against this otherwise peaceful march that day!

· There were no acts of gun violence during this march event until the police confrontation provoked self defensive actions by these peaceful marchers. In fact the most dangerous and deadly action occurred when a federal govern-ment staffer or law enforcement person under the direction of Nancy Pelosi or the Democrat controlled building and grounds committee fired his weapon into the crowd of marchers who were trying to enter one part of the capital ?That shot killed the female marcher the bullet struck.

· Over half of America and still a growing number of citizens have been offended by career politicos for some 60 years since the evil LBJ free spend-ing and debt escalating dynasty ruled. Now even more offended for 20 years since the 9-11-01 attack on America, citizens are disappointed with Career Politico actions. After 9-11 these poorly qualified Career Politicos could not cope with the dangers that attack and our open borders emphasized we were vulnerable too. As a result these poorly talented, self serving, Career Politi-cos, started taking away our Constitutionally guaranteed civil rights in the name of national security. American citizens have thus been expressing a dis-approval with this long train of abuses and usurpations by both the Democrat and Republican Career Politicos in their failure to properly rule our govern-ment and thcir despotic actions of taking away our civil rights.

· ?Career politicos have ignored border security and have not addressed the on-going and massive invasion of illegal aliens, illegal drugs, contraband merchandise, counterfeit currency and protected intellectual products all making our lives, our property, our neighborhoods and economy unsafe.

·?Any laws claiming to be needed and justified in the interests of national security are however limited by the nation’s two foundational documents of law noted herein above. The Patriot Act and the FISA Law are among the despotic acts of incompetent Career Politicos of the last several decades that are Constitutionally prohibited and now require citizen reversal action.

·?No law ever passed by any session of the U.S. Congress nor any misinter-pretation by any court has a right to impinge, limit, restrict, prohibit or inter-fere with the full exercise of our U.S. Constitutional rights, any of our Bill of Rights, or our rights under the Declaration of Independence.

·?The January 6th event at the Capital was not an illegal or violent act of in-surrection, but rather a legal and justified assemblage of citizens wanting to ask for the redress of their valid and very troubling grievances as part of a Nation on the verge of invoking a new Fourth American Revolution*!
