Chapter 5: Modes Theory?

Any time you start a new career path or company there is an element of self-reflection or aha moments.?A big one for me taking the Modes Assessment being invited out to “The Farm”, not to be confused with the CIA’s Farm but not all that far off considering they both have the same core mission to create self-discovery (aha moments) and training of their members.?This goes back to the CW community and places, spaces and faces.

Arlin Sorensen’s farm is an important part of IT Nation Evolve and Jumpstart is where the peers meet for the first time. ?A jumpstart is exactly what they get for their personal and professional growth.?The Mode you are in determines what and where you are personally and professionally to be able to see where you are through the Modes lens that helps you to understand what you can do based on your current circumstances.?

Since meeting with these MSPs/peer members I had a chance to learn their stories, come to find out we all have difficulty understanding and accepting the gaps we create on our own.?With this we also found out that in collaboration and strong friendships we can find the success we want.?
